Caribbean Jacks 5,000 sq. ft. restaurant and 3,000 sq. ft. deck extends 200 feet into the intracoastal, providing spectacular views of the waterway with Daytona's magnificient new oceanfront skyline as its backdrop. Our restaurant offers a vast array of beef, chicken, seafood with a tropical flair and is open for lunch and dinner. A private banquet room is also available.

Jacks's Club
Turkey, ham, swiss, bacon, roasted red peppers, lemon basil aoli on a fresh Focaccia bun! Served warm.
Cuban Sandwich
Already a popular choice! 100% authentic with ham, roasted pork, swiss, pickles and yellow mustard. Grilled and served hot.
Mahi-Mahi BLT
Fresh Mahi-Mahi seasoned and grilled. Served with Roumelade sauce.

Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Our unique blend of spinach, cheese, artichokes and mild spices. Served in a toasted bread bowl with fried tri-color tortilla chips.
Caribbean Crab Dip
A smooth and tasty blend of crabmeat and cream cheese served with warmed bread for spreading or dipping.
Gator Bites
An original menu favorite. 1/2 pound of chopped gator meat, served with chipotle pepper aoli.
SOUPS & SALADS
We make our Soup D'Jour...D'Jour! Fresh daily from scratch! We also offer New England clam chowder, an olde time favorite. Also Caribbean Conch Chowder for that island zesty flavor.
Blackened Mahi Caesar
Fresh Mahi-Mahi, blackened, topped with pineapple and black bean salsa, and gently set atop a tossed fresh classic caesar salad.
Coconut Crunchy Shrimp Salad
Pineapple and back beans, spring mix, toasted cocoanut and croutons tossed in mango poppyseed vinagrette. Topped with six cocoanut fried shrimp.
FROM THE GRILL
We use both a flat top grill and chargrill for various items to insure only the best flavors come out.
Island Grilled Chicken
Fresh chicken breasts, grilled and brushed with sweet chili and balsamic glazes. Served with a grilled pineapple slice.
Jacks's Top Sirloin
We marinade these top sirloins for 24 hours before we grill them on our chargrill to perfection.
BBQ Ribs
We slow cook these ribs for hours to them "fall off the bone" and then finish them off on our chargrill while basting them in Chipotle Mango BBQ.
PASTA SPECIALTIES
Islamorada Mahi-Mahi
Fresh Mahi-Mahi rubbed with Jack's Island spices, grilled and served over garlic tossed linguini and diced tomatoes.
Pasta Alfredo
Penne pasta tossed with fresh vegetables and alfredo sauce. Served with garlic toast. Also available topped with chicken breast, crab cakes, fresh Mahi-Maho or grilled shrimp.
SEAFOOD
Alaskan Snow Crab Legs
Over a pound are steamed and served with corn on the cob, garlic bread, lemons, and butter for dipping.
Macadamia Crusted Grouper
Fresh grouper completely encrusted with macadamia nuts. Served with lobster sauce.
Captain's Fresh Catch of the Day
Changes daily because it's fresh! Served blackened or grilled.
Mahi-Mahi Barbados
Fresh Mahi-Mahi with spiced island rubbing, grilled and served with sweet sauce.
KIDS MENU
All kids meals are served with a beverage and french fries with ice cream for desert!

Jack's Banana Foster
Some of our patrons have driven or ridden for hours just to have our most popular desert with includes brown sugar, banana liqueur, dark rum, and pecans cooked with fresh sliced bananas and poured atop a freshly baked pastry stuffed with French vanilla ice cream! Enough to share but you don't have to!
